Our hope is for every family to participate in Winter Faire. It is a beautiful opportunity for us to come together as a community and create something special for our children and our school. This committee orders, collects and organizes all the toys, goods and fantastic handmade crafts and kits that will be sold in the market at the faire. Get ready for a feast! The Food Committee organizes and staffs the delicious food booths, as well as provides all supplies. We need paper goods! We are also seeking savory food donations; if anyone has a restaurant or catering business or is connected to one that could make minestrone soup for 3 or 4 hundred people and serve it with bread or something yummy, please let us know. This committee is responsible for overseeing the scheduling of ALL volunteers. Each family is expected to volunteer for at least one hour at their child’s classroom booth/room. Your parent rep will provide sign-up sheets in the classroom. Please let us know if you can help with this task.
